Returns

We hope you'll love your new swimwear as much as we do but sometimes things don't go the hoped way. Therefore we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately due to small amount of stock, we won't be able to offer an exchange by default but instead with the refund, you will receive a discount code that will get you a free shipping for your next order (these condition may vary if returning from outside EU, contact us info@onmethelabel.com).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and hygiene sticker in place. It's not necessary that you return your item in the same packaging, but please make sure the items are well packed so that they won't get damaged on the go. 

To start a return, please fill the form below or send an email to info@onmethelabel.com and add the following information to the message:

  • Your name
  • Phone & email address
  • The products that you wish to return (model, size and colour)
  • Any feedback you would like to share

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you choose to send the items back without a tracking code (as a letter) you will be responsible if it goes missing. Therefore in Finland we recommend you to use Posti service and send the package back as a "XXS PACKAGE" or "S PACKAGE" depending on the size of your return. You will not be responsible of a package going missing if you use a tracking number on your return.

Returns from outside Finland should always be done with a tracking code. You can choose whichever service.

Please note that special condition may apply when returning items from outside EU. Onme the label is not responsible for paying the additional customs or taxes on retuned items

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Postage costs won't be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
